Finally we get a Skype call at 8pm / 9am Fukuoka thank god for airport WiFi

Travel Day...I mean days!

..So get Anna to Logan on Wednesday for a 6pm flight to LA...wait up to 1am Boston until she gets to gate for flight to Tokoyo...check on flight tracker in the morning Thursday ...Watch it ALL day until it lands at 5am Tokoyo Friday but its only 4pm Thursday... Breaking the time space thingy

Starting

My Name is George Robert Gardner and I grew up in Quincy, Massachusetts. This area is called the "South Shore" as it's south of Boston. I currently reside in Plymouth, Massachusetts a bit more south, but still the south shore. In fact my older sister officially traced our family back to those who came over on the Mayflower. We haven't even moved around Massachusetts, except for my younger brother who lives on the "North Shore". Not to say we don't vacation, my wife has pushed me to go places like Virginia beaches, Florida beaches & amusement parks, and the Caribbean; and I've had some amazing times.

The reason I'm telling you this is to impart the "lack" of travel in my family tree. This also sets the stage for why I have setup this blog.

My College age daughter is planning to pack up and go to Japan for a one year study-abroad adventure.!
